Purple Danielle

D'aquí un mes són les noces d'or dels meus padrins i havia de fer-me un vestit per l'ocasió. Després de mirar i remirar molt per internet vaig decantar-me pel vestit Danielle (el patró és totalment gratuït!). Aquest és el resultat final:

Next month it's my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary, so I had to make a dress for this event. After browsing lots of dresses through the Internet, I chose the Danielle dress (totally free pattern!). This is the final result:

Les úniques modificacions que he fet han estat llevar les mànigues i substituir la falda per una més simple (un rectangle de tela arrugat a la cintura). És una patró molt senzill i també és molt fàcil fer-hi feina, ja tenc ganes de fer més vestits!!

The modifications made are a simple gathered skirt and no sleeves (they were too much for me). It's a really easy pattern to use and I can't wait to sew more dresses with it!

A finals d'abril encara farà una mica de fresca, però no duré l'americana de les fotos, sinó una jaqueta de punt (però no la tenia a mà per fer les fotos xD).

It's still cold at the end of April so I'll wear a jacket, but not the one shown in the photos (I had not the other one for the shot xD).

Una mica més car del que feia comptes, però és una ocasió especial i segurament el tornaré a dur després, així que compensa.

A bit more expensive than what I thought, but it's for a special event and I'll wear it again in the future, so it's not that bad.
